Realizations:

• Design of a 15 000 lb scissor lift

This scissor lift can move a 15 000 lb load at 62″ above its initial resting position. The table is 48″ x 120″ to allow large items to be handled. This equipment was designed to minimize fabrication costs. With our partner, this scissor lift was fabricated and delivered to the final client.

• Design of a triple scissor lift table

This table can lift a 150 lb load from 13″ above the floor up to 94″. This equipment must be able perform this movement multiple times each hour, 24 hours per day. The table dimensions are 38″ x 12″.

• Design of a 45 degree titlting table for 6000 lb

This table allows a 6000 load to be tilted at a 45 degree angle on an assembly line. This tilting table is used multiple times per hour.

• Motorized-base scissor lift

Design of a motorized-base scissor lift. This lift was designed with minimal fabrication costs in mind.
